  • 500g beef
  • Half a small onion 1
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Ground the mushrooms first then add everything else and make into balls
  • Oven temp at 200c for 20 min
